CANCELLATION & REPLACEMENT POLICY
- In exceptional cases, notice of cancellation/reschedule of program more than 3 weeks prior to class start date is eligible for full refund or reschedule without penalty.
- For no-shows, payment is non-refundable. “No Shows” – defined as the student does not show up on the date the course starts, and there was no prior communication from the student to cancel or reschedule the course.
Substitution of Students
Substitutions of one student for another are accepted, provided the substitute meets the program’s prerequisites.
Online Learning Courses are Non-Refundable
Length of online learning programs vary depending on the type of training and package purchased.
