SHIPPING POLICY

Domestic Shipping Policy

A) Shipment processing time

  • All orders are processed within 2-3 business days.
  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.
  • Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
  • If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

B) Shipping rates & delivery estimates

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • Overnight delivery is only available for orders negotiated earlier with our staff in very rare cases.

C) Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

  • You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped.
  • At the moment live tracking is not available in our system. We will inform in this section as it is available.

D) Damages

  • We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

E) International Shipping Policy

  • We currently ship outside the UAE to only a few selected countries.
  • Kindly contact [email protected] to confirm delivery coverage to your area/ country.

F) Policy of Multiple Shipments

  • For orders of more than one units yet same address, delivery charges will be calculated based on the weight calculated by the courier company.

G) If the items purchased is not available on stock

  • User will be contacted by email and negotiated the possible date of delivery.
