REFUND POLICY
For digital items (E-Books, Audios & Online courses)
- Given the nature of downloadable digital items, we do not generally offer a refund or credit on a purchase item.
- The sample/preview and full description of the item is available on the website before purchase, the customer service is also available anytime for any queries about the items; there is no obligation to provide a refund or credit in any purchase of our digital items.
For books
- Al Ramsa Institute will accept, for exchange, items that are in new condition, unaltered, and free of damages from the customer. The customer must send back to our office (if purchased online) the items within 14 days (2 weeks) from the purchase date on the receipt. Items will not be exchanged after 14 days (2 weeks) from the purchased date in the receipt.
For courses:

Online Programs
- Online programs are completely non-refundable & non- transferrable under any circumstances. Our Customer Service Specialists are ready to assist you—between 11 am to 5 pm from Sunday to Thursday.
Classroom Training
Classroom programs are only refundable if refund raised 15 days prior to program commencement. Once our courses commence, we won’t be able to refund any amount. Our Customer Service Specialists are ready to assist you—between 11 am to 5 pm in Tuesday to Friday.
Alramsa reserves the right to postpone/cancel an event, or change the location of an event because of insufficient enrolments, instructor illness or force majeure events (like floods, earthquakes, political instability, etc.)
